    Custom Sizing Options

    Many of our customers need a custom size product because they are trying to cover something in their wall such as an electrical panel, plumbing access, etc.    To determine the size product you need, all we need to know is the measurements of the space you want to have INSIDE your frame.  KEEP IN MIND THAT WE WILL ADD 3" TO BOTH THE INSIDE HEIGHT AND THE INSIDE WIDTH TO ACCOMMODATE THE MOUNTING BRACKETS.   Maximum custom sizing included in the price shown is up to the height stated.    Maximum width for a single door Access Panel is 20" wide OVERALL.  Maximum width for a double door Access Panel is 24" wide.   If you need larger than any of our models or larger than these maximum widths, we can absolutely do that. Just call us to place your order.

    Many other doors are available through our Custom Catalog. If you want to order a Custom Catalog Door, please choose the Custom Catalog Door and we will contact you to obtain your selection and walk through the options for that door choice. If you would like a different door style, please select it below. PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering a product which has more than one door, we will match door styles whenever possible. Cubby doors can only use the plain slab door since the doors are too small to be made any other way. Mirror panel door sizes which result in mirrors that are larger than 12 inches wide or larger than 18 inches tall will ship without a mirror panel and you will need to obtain your own 1/8 inch mirror cut to fit for it locally. This is because we are unable to ship the mirrors themselves without damage to them. Slab doors can be made in stain grade (fully stainable), but are limited to 30" high and 16" wide, because solid wood slab doors larger than that will likely warp. We do not guarantee slab doors against warping.

    Optional Hinge Restrictor Clips

    If you need your door to only open 86 degrees or less, the Blum hinges have a small restrictor clip which you an put into each hinge, and that will prevent the door from opening more than 90 degrees. No more worrying about the door being opened and accidentally hitting the mirror on the wall!

Description

Handcrafted by artisans right here in the USA. Mounts to the wall to cover things like plumbing access, electrical panels and other unsightly openings. Choice of many different door styles. Maximum of 14.5″ wide inside, otherwise, you can step up to the double door unit for larger openings. Custom sizing to fit your needs. Installation could not be easier! Just place the frame over the opening and screw it down to the drywall around it. Then mount the door onto the frame. Voila! Mounting points are inside the frame and are covered when the door is closed. When measuring the opening you want to cover, be sure that you have 6 inches of space all the way around the opening because the overall measurement of the frame will be 6 inches larger in height and width than the measurement of your opening that you provide to us.
